General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Little Loua.
By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms and conditions. Little Loua reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment terms and conditions after the expiration of the term.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Little Loua does not recognize the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties.
Secure Payment
For secure online payments, Little Loua collaborates with the reputable company Mollie. As an international company specializing in online payments for e-commerce, Mollie guarantees you a 100% secure transaction.
Whether you choose Bancontact, Visa, or another method, the transaction always takes place through a securely encrypted site directly between Mollie and the buyer. Neither Little Loua nor any third parties have access to your card number or other information. Mollie verifies the validity of your card, card number, and credit card access rights and notifies Little Loua when everything is in order for payment to be processed. This way, your order is immediately confirmed, and shipment can proceed.
You can make payment without any issues using:
– Bancontact/Mister Cash
– Visa
– Mastercard
– American Express
If you prefer to pay by manual bank transfer, this is also possible, but it may delay the order confirmation and shipment process.
Delivery and Delivery Time
Delivery takes place as long as supplies last. The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
In accordance with the rules of distance selling, Little Loua will fulfill orders within a maximum of 30 days. If this is not possible (due to the ordered product being out of stock or no longer available), or if there is a delay for other reasons, or if an order cannot be fully executed, you will be notified within 14 days after placing your order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order without any costs or notice of default.
Little Loua is not liable if the delivery time is exceeded due to the carrier’s actions, nor in the case of product loss or strikes. The buyer is aware of the transportation risks and should address any related questions to the carrier.
Prices
All prices include 21% VAT.
Prices will not be increased during the validity of the offer, unless legal measures make it necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
All prices on the website are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.

If you have specific questions regarding dimensions, color, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, you can contact info@tuuliicebaths.com in advance.
Online orders may be refused if the product has already been sold in-store before online payment. You will be notified of this by email.
Cooling-off Period / Right of Withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days during which you can withdraw from your purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, you can notify us and return them provided that the packaging remains intact, and the product is not a special order specifically made for you. Therefore, an opened package will not allow you to withdraw from the purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom ordered for the customer and/or have a delivery time of 1 or more weeks.
Steps to return a product:
1. Email us at hello@littleloua.com stating that you want to return an item and provide the reason.
2. You will receive instructions via email on how to return the item.
3. Send the item to the return address. The return costs are borne by you.
4. Upon receipt and approval, Little Loua will send you a confirmation of receipt via email. You will then receive store credit that is valid for 1 year.
Can I exchange or replace a product?
To exchange a product, you must ensure that the packaging remains intact and that it is not a special order specifically made for you. Therefore, an opened package will not allow you to withdraw from the purchase.
Steps to exchange a product:
1. Email us at hello@littleloua.com stating that you want to exchange an item and provide the reason.
2. You will receive instructions and a return form via email for returning the item.
3. Send the item to the return address. The return costs are borne by you.
4. Upon receipt and approval, we can proceed with the exchange and ship the new product. The new item, if in stock, will be sent as soon as possible.
Wrong item?
Notify us via hello@littleloua.com within 2 days of receipt.
Damaged item?
Notify us via hello@littleloua.com within 2 days of receipt.
Clearly describe the damage with accompanying photos.
Little Loua reserves the right to refuse returns and not provide store credit or refund the amount if there is a suspicion that the items have been used or damaged due to reasons other than Little Loua’s fault or the supplier’s fault.

Data Management
When you place an order with Little Loua, your information is included in our customer database. Little Loua complies with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not disclose your information to third parties.
Tuuliicebaths.com respects your privacy and ensures the confidential handling of your personal data.
Little Loua may use a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing includes instructions on how to remove yourself from this list.
Warranty and Conformity
According to the Law of September 21, 2004, concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. The legal warranty period of two years is fully valid from the date of delivery.
For products purchased online and delivered to the buyer’s home, the buyer must contact info@tuuliicebaths.com in case of defects and subsequently return the product (with proof of purchase) at their own expense to Little Loua.
We guarantee that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations that exist on the date the agreement was concluded.
You are obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing immediately (before returning it to Tuuliicebaths.com).
Offers
Offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise in the offer. Little Loua reserves the right to revoke or deviate from an offer within a period of 3 working days after receiving the acceptance of the offer.
Verbal commitments only bind Little Loua after they have been expressly and confirmed in writing.
Offers from Little Loua do not automatically apply to subsequent orders. Little Loua cannot be held to an offer if it is reasonable for you to understand that the offer, or a part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or error. Additional agreements, changes, and/or deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Images and Specifications
All images,
photos, drawings, or data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, labels, etc. on Little Loua’s website are approximate, indicative, and cannot be the basis for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Force Majeure
Little Loua is not liable if and to the extent that its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
Force majeure includes any external cause, as well as any circumstance that is not within its control and that Little Loua could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account. This includes delays or non-performance by our suppliers, disruptions in the Internet, disruptions in electricity, disruptions in email communication, disruptions or changes in technology provided by third parties, transportation difficulties, strikes, government measures, delivery delays, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers, and personnel illness. Little Loua is expressly considered to be a case of force majeure.
In no case is Little Loua obliged to pay any penalty or compensation for damages.
If Little Loua has partially fulfilled its obligations at the time force majeure occurs or can only partially fulfill its obligations, it is entitled to separately invoice the delivered or deliverable part and you are obliged to pay this invoice as if it were a separate contract. This does not apply if the delivered or deliverable part has no independent value.
Liability
Little Loua is not liable for damage caused to vehicles or other objects as a result of the improper use of the products. Before use, please read the instructions on the packaging or consult our website.
Reservation of Ownership
Ownership of all goods sold and delivered by Little Loua remains with Tuuliicebaths.com until you have fulfilled the payment obligations arising from the agreement or previous or subsequent similar agreements. As long as you have not yet fulfilled the work performed or to be performed under these or similar agreements and as long as you have not yet fulfilled the payment obligations to Little Loua due to failure to perform such obligations, including claims for penalties, interest, and costs.
Applicable Law/Competent Court
If a dispute arises from our cooperation agreement or related agreements, we will first try to resolve it through impartial mediation. If we are unable to resolve the dispute in this way, we will settle it through a competent court in the Ghent district.
Both parties (you as a customer and us as a supplier) accept electronic communication (e.g., email) as evidence.
